WE ARE IN BUSINESS TO SERVE YOU, so it is important that you TALK TO US and let us know when we are doing something right. Even more importantly, PLEASE COMPLAIN when we are doing something that you would like us to improve on. There are times that we just get it wrong. We apologize and need to make it right immediately. If you do not complain, we do not know so please TALK TO US (nicely) and we promise we will take care of you. Perfection is very hard to achieve but it does not mean we cannot keep trying.
