To our valued JOY Customers,
At this most critical time for the containment of COVID-19, we have implemented additional measures to our current processes and procedures to ensure the health and safety of our customers, employees and their families.
Following the advice from health organizations, here are some of the steps we have taken in the last few days:
We have enhanced an already strict process of daily store cleaning and disinfecting around key touchpoints, including cash drawers, door handles, keyboards, and pin pads. All surfaces are being cleaned regularly throughout the day with antibacterial cleansers.
Team members handling cash are mandated to wash their hands frequently and to use hand sanitizer throughout the day.
We are advising any employee who experiences symptoms of COVID-19 or who has come into contact with someone awaiting test results to stay home and follow Health Canada's recommendations
Our dining seating area is currently unavailable. We will continue to serve you in many ways; Take-out and Delivery Service through our delivery partners (UberEats, SkiptheDishes & DoorDash) are available where applicable.
